Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days if the item is in stock.
We use UPS for our shipping carrier. Most shipments arrive 2-3 business days after the item has been shipped. You will receive an email notification when your item has been shipped.
Please state your preferred method when you place your order.
Sales Tax
All orders originating in West Virginia will incur 6.00% sales tax. No Sales Tax will be collected on orders outside of West Virginia.
Returns
Buy With Assurance! We are proud of our product selection and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All of our jewelry is hand selected personally by the owner at major jewelry trade shows across the country. Only high quality products are selected. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied within 5 days of purchase, you can return your purchase for a credit or refund.
Call or write us to pre-authorize your return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Shipping charges for returning merchandise is the customers responsibility.
All defective claims must be made within 5 day of receipt of merchandise.
Returned items after the initial 5 days from purchase will not be accepted.
Special order items are non returnable.
We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on damaged, incomplete, or unwanted merchandise; or items incorrectly ordered by the customer returned to us.

Our store hours are from 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
