Sideways diamond hook necklace. 14K white gold 1/3 ct. VS2 quality, G-H color diamonds pave set into hook and hung sideways on a 18" 1.4mm diamond cut cable chain with a lobster claw style clasp.

This is the same diamond hook (style number PD128) that is sold on my website without a chain that would hang vertically.

This way the hook is hung horizontally from the chain and helps it not to get hooked on things.
